We are looking for a teammate to introduce the PulsEV platform to CPOs, energy companies and site managers, and to run demos, proposals and negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation, first contact and field visits
- Product demos, proposal preparation and negotiation
- Pipeline and sales reporting in the CRM
- Industry events and partnership development
What we look for
- 2+ years of B2B sales/business development experience
- Experience in EV, energy or SaaS is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Field & Commissioning Engineer
Field & Commissioning Engineer
We are looking for a hands-on engineer responsible for installing charging stations, connecting them to the CMS over OCPP and commissioning them in the field.
Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of chargers
- OCPP connectivity and end-to-end testing
- Fault diagnosis and resolution of field issues
- Field documentation and customer handovers
What we look for
- Degree in electrical/electronics or related field
- Comfortable with field work and travel
- Knowledge of chargers or OCPP is a strong plus

Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers and delivering CMS training
- Ticket management and first/second-level support
- Building a knowledge base for common issues
- Bringing customer feedback to the product team

Senior Backend Engineer (OCPP)
We are looking for an experienced backend engineer to scale PulsEV’s OCPP-based charging management infrastructure and work on real-time charge point communication and APIs.
Responsibilities
- OCPP 1.6/2.0.1 messaging and charge point communication
- Highly available services and REST API design
- WebSocket, queueing systems and database optimization
- Contributing to code quality, testing and CI/CD
What we look for
- 4+ years of backend experience (Node.js, Go or Java)
- Experience with WebSocket and message queues (MQTT/Rabbit/Kafka)
- Solid PostgreSQL and system design knowledge
- Experience with OCPP or IoT is a strong plus
Mobile Application Developer (Flutter)

We are looking for a mobile developer to build our driver/operator apps such as Site Şarj and Umay Evim and publish them on Android and iOS.
Responsibilities
- Cross-platform app development with Flutter
- Payment, maps and notification integrations
- REST API and real-time data integration
- Store release processes and version management

- 3+ years of mobile development (Flutter/Dart or native)
- Experience with payment SDKs and map services
