Is PulsEV compliant with Turkish regulation (EPDK & GİB)?

Yes. EPDK processes (tariffs, availability and consumption reporting), GİB ESU device registration, TokenSigner (HSM) fiscal signing and eLogo e-invoicing are built into the platform. Every transaction is logged, audit-ready and compliant.

Which payment methods and POS integrations do you support?

İyzico, PayTR and PayNkolay payment gateways; credit cards, in-app wallet, RFID and QR; built-in softPOS and NFC/RFID reader support. RFID-linked auto-pay and Auto Charge let drivers pay hands-free; ad hoc (guest) payments and real-time processing are supported too.

Can we run campaigns and promotions?

Yes. Create time-bound campaigns, discounts and promo rules, group-based pricing for users or operators, and loyalty incentives. Pricing is flexible by time, location and charger type.

Which chargers does PulsEV work with? (OCPP / hardware)

PulsEV is hardware-agnostic and works with any OCPP 1.6/2.0 charger brand or model — you are never locked in. Optionally, locally made hardware, an on-device screen (HMI) and a mobile app can come end-to-end from PulsEV.

Is it white-label, and do residential sites need a license?

The web panel and iOS/Android app are fully white-label. Public commercial operation requires an EPDK license; for residential sites, Site Charge is a license-free (EPDK-exempt), cost-based model — consumption is passed through to building dues and residents pay ~65–70% less than with commercial operators.
